DFLSA Inc. began operations in 2005 as an SME management consultancy in Guyana and in Suriname and has offices located in central Georgetown and in central Paramaribo.

DFLSA Inc. is in the business of making medium and long-term loans to SME (five to twelve years) mainly in the range of US$50,000 to US$500,000. It facilitates and coordinates the provision of related technical and management services to SME and also provides microfinance by way of a management contract with Caribbean Microfinance Ltd.
