on our expertise and to also maintain the strictest level
of confidentiality with our clients.

have a duty to our clients to ensure that we are able to
design appropriate services that meet their specific needs.

have a moral obligation to support and encourage entrepreneurs
whose creativity and dedicated management efforts will make
efficient use of the country's resources for private enterprise
development.
- We
have a duty as a corporate citizen to deliver the highest
levels of integrity, fairness and goodwill to create a harmonious
and rewarding work environment for our mutual benefit.
- We
have a duty to our society to actively seek investments
that preserve the ecological environment, promote biological
diversity and nurture a natural environment that sustains
a community.
- We
have a duty to our employees to foster initiative and creativity
and competence, to hold them personally accountable for
attaining well-defined objectives, to provide fair and adequate
rewards based on their performance and to expect from them
a deep sense of responsibility, integrity and commitment.

Our

in Caribbean countries. By supporting entrepreneurship and
sound business practices at all levels, we will help to
meet urgent demands for change and development in the Caribbean
in a volatile, intensely competitive international environment.

To achieve our mission, we must integrate people, strategy
and operations to achieve execution. We must therefore build
a culture where natural teams thrive, where are able to
build upon our strengths whilst compensating for our weaknesses.
